Why BlueJack exists
Our Principal Software Architect spent more than a decade working deeply with Salesforce — and noticed the same pattern over and over. The platform had enormous potential, but businesses weren't getting the results they expected because implementation was generic, documentation was thin, and no one was solving for their specific needs.
With nearly 30 years of software development behind him — building systems for large companies across industries — he started developing targeted solutions: apps and integrations built to solve real problems reported by real users, not feature requests that would wait years on a public backlog.
