Our Principal Software Architect spent more than a decade working deeply with Salesforce and saw the same pattern again and again. The platform had enormous potential, but businesses weren't getting the results they expected: implementation was generic, documentation was thin, and no one was solving for their specific needs.
That experience sat on top of 30+ years of software development, building systems for large companies across industries. The answer was targeted solutions: apps and integrations that fixed real problems reported by real users.
